Teaming up with Derek Williams of BASC, end the game season with an exquisite 'Taste of Game' dinner - a four-course menu where 'game' is the star ingredient, carefully crafted by Head Chef John Williams to appeal to both the 'converted' and 'non-converted' game gourmet.
Arrive for a Champagne and canape reception at 7.30pm hosted by Derek Williams of BASC, before your introduction to the best of local game in a 4-course menu, with selected wines to accompany.
