Taittinger Champagne Dinner - 22nd November
What promises to be a lively evening hosted by Jeremy Platt of Ffarm Vintners, introducing Champagne wines from Taittinger. Head Chef John Williams has created an inspired 4-course menu, which will be accompanied by selected wines, with coffee and sweetmeats to finish.
The evening will commence at 7.30pm with an introduction to Taittinger Champagne followed by an inspired four-course dinner accompanied by selected wines, and with coffee or tea and sweetmeats to finish.

Crispy Crackelberry Hen Egg with Leek and Truffle Soup
Poached and grilled saddle of Welsh Lamb, braised Lamb Bonbon, Thyme Jus
