Gin Tasting Dinner - 21st February
Hosted by Jeremy Platt of Ffarm Vintners, a great opportunity to try some fantastic, individual gins and learn the ins and outs of what makes a good gin. The tasting will be followed by a stunning three-course menu created by Head Chef John Williams, with selected wines to accompany.
Arrive for 7.30pm for an introduction by Jeremy Platt to a selection of interesting gins for tasting with canapes. The tasting will be followed by a delicious three-course menu accompanied by selected wines, and with coffee and sweetmeats to finish.
Warm Smoked Salmon, Gingerbread Crust, Cucumber Pickle
Poached and roasted Saddle of Rose Veal, caramelised Onion Puree, salt baked Butternut Squash and Tarragon Juices.
