"Battle of the Bubbles" Wine Tasting Dinner - 2024
An entertaining evening with delicious four-course gourmet dinner with selected wines and a lively debate comparing the styles and costs of sparkling wines from around the world.
Arrive for 7.00pm for Champagne and canapes. Hosted by Jeremy Platt of Ffarm Vintners, expect an evening of fizz from the northern and southern hemispheres to include the areas of Champagne, France, Spain, South Africa, Italy and Argentina. An inspired four-course gourmet dinner will accompany the wine pairings.

Chicken liver pate with homemade toasted brioche, caramelised chutney
Lobster and crab filled ravioli with lobster bisque
Argentinian fillet steak, sweet potato mash, caramelised onion, red wine vinegar jus
Light custard cinnamon tart, vanilla ice cream
